Personal Development One - Confidence Building
Confidence Building
Service Description
This confidence-building session, as part of the six stage Personal Development Programme, is designed to help participants recognise their strengths, develop self-belief and feel more prepared to take positive next steps in learning, work or everyday life. The session will explore common barriers to confidence, including self-doubt, negative self-talk and fear of making mistakes, before introducing practical strategies to manage these challenges. Participants will take part in supportive discussions, reflective activities and simple confidence-building exercises that encourage positive thinking, effective communication and personal goal setting. The session will also focus on identifying achievements, building motivation and developing a more confident approach to new situations. By the end, participants should feel more aware of their own abilities, understand how confidence can be developed over time, and leave with practical tools they can use to continue building resilience, self-esteem and belief in their potential. The session is 9am - 3pm, and will include refreshments and a light lunch.
